What are the list of different Twitter applications and which one is the best?

I’m playing with Twitterfon for the iPhone right now but Tweetdeck looks cool also. Which one is the best?

This is my list of top 3 Twitter applications

* TweetDeck – It works really nicely with Twitter.
* Twitter Grader – Helps you understand your place in the Twittersphere.
* Twitter Karma – Helps keep your Twitter account full of active tweepres that participate in tweets.

No matter what app you use be aware that the more apps you use the greater chances of your Twitter account being compromised since you provide them with your User ID & password.
